    Job Description – Assistant Manager

    The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in driving sales performance, team development, and daily operations within the boutique. This role works closely with the owner and Director of Operations to ensure the team is performing at a high level, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and operating efficiently.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and experienced in managing massage therapy teams, with strong skills in hiring, training, and coaching staff to reach their full potential. Brand Truths

    Job Summary

    The Assistant Manager supports leadership in driving revenue, managing team performance, and maintaining operational excellence. This role is hands-on and includes sales leadership, administrative responsibilities, and team accountability, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

    Responsibilities

    ● Drive sales performance, membership growth, and enhancement goals ● Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Experience Guides and Massage Therapists ● Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and accountability ● Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily administrative tasks ● Maintain strong team culture, morale, and communication ● Address guest concerns and employee relations professionally ● Ensure compliance with company policies and massage therapy regulations ● Participate in meetings and execute marketing and promotional initiatives ● Lead by example on the floor, supporting daily operations and guest experience

    Requirements

    ● 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment ● Experience working with or managing Massage Therapists preferred ● Strong sales mindset with proven ability to drive results ● Experience in hiring, training, and team development ● Organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong ● Comfortable managing both administrative and on-the-floor responsibilities ● Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Schedule & Compensation

    ● Full-time, 40 hours per week ● Hourly pay + bonus structure ● Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
