Position: Assistant Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Required Training/Education/Experience:
High school diploma required. Minimum of two years working in the restaurant industry with direct customer interaction. Must possess leadership skills that encourage personal and professional achievement. Encourage and maintain a positive workplace culture while maintaining company policy and expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete focus on the guest experience
Minimum of 40 hours per week availability
Responsible for ensuring every guest is greeted warmly when they walk in the door
A clear understanding of company standards for flow and seating. Keeping seats full
Hire, train, develop, and discipline Hosts
Assist General Manager is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and disciplining FOH & BOH teams
Attend weekly manager meetings to discuss the following
Expectation to learn and develop into a GM
Compensation:
Pay Structure
$20 - $25 per hour or full-time salary ($55,000 per year) - Will discuss during interviews
