Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding new employees

Supporting training initiatives for new team members

Conducting quality control checks to ensure service standards

Assisting the manager with the sales process, including responding to inquiries and following up on leads

Providing ongoing support to Professional House Cleaners and promoting a positive, collaborative work environment

Managing scheduling and coordination of cleaning appointments

Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)

Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people

Strong organizational and Time Management Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and problem-solving attitude

Basic understanding of and comfort using technology, including computers and scheduling software

High school diploma or GED
