Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling. • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create strategies for increasing revenue and improving overall store performance.
