The Assistant Store Manager assists the Neat Repeats Store Manager in supervising the store’s volunteer staff and overall operations. They work with the Store Manager to determine and delegate tasks to store employees and implement agency initiatives from upper management. They also collaborate with the Store Manager and Neat Repeats teams to provide a welcoming, positive and efficient experience to customers at our Worth store.

About the Role:
This role supports daily store operations by coordinating with the Store Manager on sales goals, cash handling, and inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate cash reporting and deposits, assisting with merchandising and donation processing, organizing stock and volunteer areas, and ensuring excellent customer and volunteer service. The position also supervises and trains store and community service volunteers, manages volunteer schedules, monitors pricing, and supports store profitability and cleanliness. Regular reporting, attendance at sales events, and participation in team meetings are also required.

Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting.
