Your Role As a Manager or Assistant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Support scheduling and labor management to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of leadership experience in food service or retail (fast casual preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
