We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager / Marketing CSR to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, customer service, and creative marketing. You’ll support daily operations, assist management, and help elevate our brand through smart, engaging customer communication.

🔧 Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Duties:

Support daily business operations and coordinate with management

Assist with scheduling, team communication, and workflow oversight

Help ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service delivery

Handle escalated customer issues professionally

Maintain a clean, organized office environment

Track performance metrics and provide feedback to management

Marketing & CSR Duties:

Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries

Monitor marketing content across our social media platforms.

Maintain marketing calendar for services, specials, and seasonal campaigns.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners

Assist with online reviews, reputation management, and customer follow-ups

Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

✔️ Qualifications

Hvac/Plumbing work experience a plus

Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software (Service Titan Preferred)

Previous experience in customer service, office support, or management preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of marketing or social media management

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
