Ricci is seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership skills, and previous restaurant management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Ricci's standards

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

High sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
