We are looking for an experienced manager with dog daycare and boarding experience to manage a small team in the afternoon and weekends, and interact with our customers. 30-40 hours a week. This position will be interacting with our customers asking about our offerings, dropping off dogs for daycare/ boarding/grooming, so customer service is a key quality for the candidate. This position will also work at our front desk working with our customer relationship system. Strong computer skills is a must. There will also be some light social media work involved posting daily pictures of our pups and following the brand standards. Finally, you will be leading the team caring for the dogs in our facility.

Primary responsibilities and skills needed to be successful include:

• Leading a small team of canine coaches who are managing the playrooms

• Successfully interacting with dogs and human customers. Answering questions about our services, checking in/out dogs, providing new customers tours of the facility and convincing them to sign up.

• Working with our customer relationship system for booking, managing leads, processing payment and more

• Posting pictures of events and dogs on our social media

• One of the biggest elements in maintaining a healthy environment is cleanliness. You will participate in cleaning and direct the team to ensure clean and safe playrooms.

• Strong communications with other managers, owners, employees and driving a culture of teamwork

• Must be punctual and reliable for your shifts
