    Keller Williams Realty – Miami, FL Salary: $50,000–$55,000 | OTE up to $65,000 Benefits: Paid Time Off | Health Benefits We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Market Center Administrator (Assistant MCA) to support our high-performing Keller Williams Market Center in Miami. This role is central to our daily operations and involves working closely with administrative staff, agents, and leadership to ensure the office runs efficiently and profitably. As Assistant MCA, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting and compliance processes, and potentially managing, training, and mentoring the agent services team. You’ll also partner with the Team Leader to help coach and consult with agents to reach their full potential. This is a high-opportunity role in a Market Center with strong profit potential. Responsibilities: Primary Objectives : • Accurate banking and accounting service • Computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience • Purchasing • General office skills • Assist the Team Leader in managing agents and the office • Supervise office staff Regular Work Activities and Primary Responsibilities: • Computer input • Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P) • Systems implementation • Purchasing (supplies and equipment) • Maintain office equipment and technology • Create agendas and record meeting minutes • Hiring, training, and consulting personnel • Introduction of new products/services to existing agent associates • Managing receptionists, agents, etc. • Marketing listings- Strong IT skills are necessary • Maintaining database management systems • Assisting Agents and their Admin Staff, and helping them to have an extraordinary experience The ideal candidate will possess a background of a minimum of 2 years in Accounting and have at least 2 years of work experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The candidate will also need to pass an accounting assessment. Accounting functions include double-entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll (via 3rd party), month-end closing, and analyzing financial reports. The right person will be passionate about leading the organization to meet higher growth goals. Qualifications: • Accurate bookkeeping and accounting (advanced) • Microsoft skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and Google Docs • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and must be tech-savvy • 2 years of minimum accounting experience • Ability to pass a basic accounting assessment as part of the interview process • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passionate about leading the organization to meet higher growth goals • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extremely detail-oriented and strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Possess a “can-do,” no excuses attitude • Problem solve quickly and remain solution-oriented • Resourceful, team player • Real estate license is preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Compensation: $65,000 potential OTE
