This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates in STEM, education, or teaching credential programs who want to build real-world teaching, leadership, and business skills. What you will do as an Assistant Math Center Director Bilingual (English/Vietnamese):
Partner with the Center Director with daily operations
Communicate with parents and students ( English and Vietnamese Required)
Conduct student assessments and consultations
Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and the local community
Coach and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement
Oversee scheduling, reporting, and student records
What we are looking for in an Assistant Math Center Director Bilingual (English/Vietnamese):
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Background or studies in math, education, or a STEM field
Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience required
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults
Solid math competency Algebra II - required (preferred up Calculus)
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in an education-focused business environment
Positive, professional, and passionate about education.
A collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple priorities
