What You’ll Do

Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs, develop personalized learning plans, and monitor academic progress

Support enrollment growth by responding to leads, assisting consultations, and providing outstanding customer service to families

Lead, coach, and mentor instructors to maintain high instructional quality and a collaborative, team-focused culture

Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method™ (in-person and/or online) and master digital learning tools

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional learning environment while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Passion for math and inspiring kids, with strong math skills through at least Algebra I

Excellent communicator who builds rapport with students and families; customer service or sales experience is a plus

Team player who cultivates teamwork and thrives balancing diverse responsibilities

Eager to learn, be coached, and grow within the Mathnasium method

Organized, tech-comfortable, and brings a positive, high-energy attitude every day
