_ Overall Responsibilities and Duties_
(60%) Support holistic media planning, visualization, and communication, and standardization
- Coordinate with Media team, agencies, and partners to maintain a holistic view of national media plans
- Work cross-functionally to maintain accurate and timely reporting media delivery and performance
- Support cross-functional data collection and QA to ensure timely and accurate data is accessible for analysis
- Lead the development and maintenance of reporting providing competitive and landscape insights
- Support ad hoc data collection and visualization needs, cross-functionally
- Identify trends in media performance and opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
- Analyze efficiency of media spending and identify opportunities to improve
- Oversee monthly accrual process ensuring timely and accurate updates to Finance
- Maintain accurate budgets and timely reporting
(40%) Cross-functional channel management support
- Develop an understanding of individual channels and how we activate them
- Learn to activate, steward, and optimize media across platforms, and support these efforts as needed
- Support trafficking, QA, and tagging to ensure seamless campaign activation, delivery and reporting
- Support areas outside of primary responsibilities to gain a deeper understanding of the broader Marketing and Media organization
- Use data and insights to work with channel leads to suggest test designs to drive incremental sales
