HCT is seeking an Interim Assistant Nurse Manager of ED for a 250+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include: 

• Oversight of daily operations, ensuring policies are followed, managing staff, patient complaints and escalations.
• Conducting regular rounding with a focus on workplace safety and supporting ER charting as needed.
• Stepping in as a lead or “charge nurse” when needed, supporting critical care areas and team workflow as needed. 
• Enforcing established processes rather than creating new ones.

Requirements:

• Education: BSN or BA in health care related field required. Masters preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience and minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• License: Current CA RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN Preferred 
• EMR: Epic
