Assistant Office Administrator
This position is in a fast paced small Construction Steel Fabrication company located in Little Falls, NJ. The job requirements are as follows:
Assist Office Manager and Managing Director office activities as directed
Support Office Manager, Managing Director, Accounting Manager and Project Managers related to document printing and production, document scanning, communication, filing and organization
Update and create filing systems for paper and electronic records under the direction of the Office Manager
Keep track of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, and ordering when needed
Manage email correspondence with vendors, general contractors, suppliers and other key 3rd parties
Create written letters and correspondence drafts as directed by the Office Manager
Create basic excel worksheets for internal use and analysis as directed by the Office Manager
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a small fast moving office environment.
Occasional local travel for office related errands and supplies may be required.
Skills include filing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS E-mail, Telephone and printing/scanning of documents.
Knowledge and experience in the construction industry a plus.
