Job Summary
We are seeking a Assistant Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Office Manager with all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling lessons, creating invoices, communicating with contracted entities, and maintaining files for company vehicles. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Create invoices
Communicate with entities sponsoring students for driving lessons
Maintain files for company vehicles
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
