Position Summary

The Assistant Operations Directors (two positions) will support the owners in managing daily operations, maintaining service quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. Each will focus on a specific area of operations to ensure efficiency and accountability across our workforce of over 40 staff. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to multiple facilities each evening.

Shift Info Candidate could select any of the schedules below with some flexibility preferred: Days of week: Sunday - Thursday work week OR Monday - Friday Shift times: 3pm - 10pm, 4pm - 11pm, OR 5pm - 12am

Position Overview:

We are hiring two Assistant Operations Directors to support owners in managing daily operations.

Position Description:

Recruit, onboard, and train cleaning staff

Manage schedules, compliance, and subcontractor relations

Handle staff performance and daily crew operations

Conduct quality inspections and follow-ups

Manage inventory of consumables and track operational KPIs

Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards

Qualifications:

At least 1-3 years of operations or facilities experience (commercial cleaning preferred)

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise staff

Reliable Transportation

Must be able to pass background check

Compensation:

$40,000/year per position + potential performance bonuses

Health Insurance stipend Included in yearly salary

Additional Mileage/ fuel compensation per month - set rate.

MUST be available between 7-10am Monday - Friday in the event of an emergency at a facility. (does not happen often)
