Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you will oversee daily workflows, manage processors, enforce compliance, and ensure every loan file moves through the pipeline efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the full loan lifecycle from application through closing • Supervise and coach processors to meet quality and turnaround standards • Monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks, stale files, and compliance risks • Review conditional approvals, title reports, insurance, and appraisals for accuracy • Enforce TRID deadlines, lock expiration tracking, and CD approval workflows • Coordinate with underwriters, title companies, and vendors to resolve issues • Implement and improve SOPs, checklists, and quality control processes • Generate pipeline reports and present operational metrics to leadership • Step in as acting Operations Manager when needed Qualifications: • 3-5 years of mortgage operations experience (processing, underwriting support, or ops management) • Prior experience supervising or mentoring a team in a mortgage environment • Deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products • Strong understanding of TRID, RESPA, and compliance requirements • Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and CRM tools • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
