    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to one attorney, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, calendaring, scheduling appointments, writing correspondence. Client communication and data entry.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication skills and experience filing legal documents in New Jersey. Bankruptcy experience is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls

    Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar

    Understand and be able to itemize minutes and make billing entries

    Write emails, memos, and letters and pleadings

    Maintain an organized filing system

    Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment including printers

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
