Position Description: Assistant Portfolio Manager - Bilingual
Overview
RDE Capital Group LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Portfolio Manager. The selected candidate is expected to drive the daily flow and positive outcome of RDE tenant relationships. A successful Assistant Portfolio Manager effectively communicates with tenants, established vendors, and other associates in a commonsense manner that leads to effective and positive results in the following areas.
Responsibilities: Responsible to maintain cordial and respectful communications with residents
Responsible for managing the lease enforcement process to completion Responsible for managing the delinquency process to completion
Responsible for managing the eviction process to completion
Responsible for managing the security deposit return process to completion within the established legal timeframe
Responsible for managing the collections process to completion
Responsible for managing the Hocutt process with vendor
Responsible for managing the virtual assistant vendors
Responsible for property Inspections walkthroughs
Assist in the coordination and tracking of maintenance operations plans
Support the Portfolio Manager in any other tasks that may be needed
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of three year previous experience in either the single-family or multi-family rental industry
Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to comfortably navigate innovative technology. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Work and Excel required.
Meticulous and able to effectively manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
Education: Some college. Prefer a degree in business or related field Fully Bilingual English and Spanish
Compensation: $24/ hour.
