Summary

We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our team at MedLife Primary & Urgent Care. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations of the clinic

Manage medical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Handle insurance prior authorizations

Assist in onboarding and training clinical and front office staff

Support patient care operations as needed

Maintain smooth communication between staff and providers

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is required

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with Athena EMR is a plus

Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Full-time availability, including weekends, is a must
