About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.

Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Supervise children during classroom activities and outdoor play.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Background check clearance required.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
