This is a wonderful opportunity to help shape young minds in a supportive, play-based learning environment where every day is filled with discovery, creativity, and growth.

What You’ll Do Support Lead Teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through meaningful interactions

Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment

Communicate with families about their child’s progress and daily activities

Collaborate with a team of educators to create a positive, fun learning atmosphere

Supervise children during play and ensure their safety at all times

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

Assist with classroom organization and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (required); CDA or relevant certification preferred

Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Experience in a preschool or childcare setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Ability to pass background check requirements

A positive, nurturing, and dependable attitude
