    Our LOCAL Nashville Client is offering an incredible opportunity for someone to diversify their construction experience into preconstruction!

    They are interviewing for an Assistant Estimator that will continue to learn more about the commercial construction industry and the overall preconstruction / budgeting process. This Junior Estimator will be instrumental in reviewing plans, take-offs, scopes, sourcing pricing options, initial budgeting, value engineering, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-2+ years of Estimating experience within remodel or new-construction commercial developments. 
    • 1-3 years of field experience (Field Engineer, Precon Assistant, APM, etc etc)
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Familiar with scopes, take-offs or quantitative lump sum bid/estimating process.
    • Skilled in Estimating programs and have ability to master other software systems

    The Position's Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the bid / budget process including pricing, bid solicitation, subcontractor pricing coordination, vendor pricing discussions and assist with final bid assembly.
    • Proven Ability to meet project goals & deliverables to ensure a timely bid process.
    • Coordinate efforts with Operations and estimators to help deliver final products to our clients.
