    Your Role as Assistant Director – Preschool:

    You’ll work alongside the Center Director to ensure the smooth operation of the center and the success of our children, families, and staff.

    Leadership and Staff Engagement:

    Set a positive, professional tone and foster a collaborative team environment

    Help recruit, onboard, and coach a talented team of educators

    Support staff performance, engagement, and retention

    Center Operations:

    Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health and safety regulations

    Assist with daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and recordkeeping

    Uphold high standards in cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

    Curriculum and Parent Partnerships:

    Guide and support teaching teams in implementing TLE’s proprietary curriculum

    Build strong relationships with families through daily interactions and regular communication

    Lead center tours and support enrollment growth through strong customer experience

    Community Involvement:

    Organize center events and engage in community outreach efforts

    Represent TLE at local events to promote brand awareness and partnership

    What We’re Looking For:

    At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a preschool or childcare setting

    Indiana Director/Administrator credential (preferred or in progress)

    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)

    Strong knowledge of Indiana state licensing regulations

    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    A passion for early childhood education and a drive to support others
