We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our Preschool classrooms. If you love helping young learners build independence, develop school‑readiness skills, and explore the world through hands‑on learning, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Lead Teachers to implement engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and routines

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment

Support daily care needs and smooth transitions throughout the day

Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff

Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with preschool‑age children (ages 3–5)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Flexibility to work within the center’s 7:00 AM–6:00 PM operating hours

Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus

Has or will obtain the 15‑hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day

Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification

A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for early learning
