    Primrose School of Lone Tree is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom instruction and help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. This role partners with the Lead Teacher to implement curriculum, support classroom routines, and foster children’s social, emotional, and academic development.

    Position Highlights

    Monday–Friday set schedule

    8:00am - 5:00pm OR 8:30 am–5:30pm

    No nights, weekends, or holidays

    Fully stocked classrooms and provided lesson plans

    Compensation & Benefits

    $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and education

    Paid Time Off

    80 hours of PTO annually

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the supervision and daily classroom operations for a group of preschool-aged children

    Assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

    Foster a positive, well-managed classroom environment that supports learning and independence

    Observe and support children’s developmental progress

    Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

    Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Leadership Team

    Qualifications

    Must meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements for employment in a licensed early childhood education program

    PDIS Level 1, CDA, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus,

    Previous experience in a licensed early childhood education, daycare center, preschool, aftercare, or public education setting

    Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children

    Ability to lift up to 35 pounds in connection with child care and safety needs
