About the Role:

Join the vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Assistant Preschool Teacher/Floater! This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives while supporting our dedicated educators in a nurturing environment.

Needing Hours 10 am-6 pm or 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.

Supervise and interact with children during playtime and learning sessions.

Support classroom management and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Help with meal and snack preparation, ensuring nutrition and safety.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Adapt to various classrooms and age groups as needed throughout the day.

Assist in documenting children's progress and daily activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting, is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing environments.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
