We are seeking a dedicated and organized leader to support the Principal in overseeing daily school operations, academic programs, and student success. The Assistant Principal will help maintain a positive learning environment, support teachers, and ensure the school operates efficiently while upholding high academic and behavioral standards.
Responsibilities
Assist the Principal with daily school operations and administration
Support teachers with classroom management and instructional strategies
Help implement school policies and academic programs
Monitor student behavior, attendance, and discipline
Assist with teacher observations and performance feedback
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns
Help coordinate school events, testing, and academic initiatives
Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations
Support staff development and professional growth
Qualifications
Masters degree required in Education or Educational Leadership
Previous teaching experience required
Prior leadership or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Commitment to supporting student success and a positive school culture

Experience with curriculum planning and instructional support
Knowledge of student assessment and academic data
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
