Full-Time – On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Assistant Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Marlboro, NJ. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is not only technically capable but also capable of motivating and guiding team members to meet production goals while supporting the growth of our franchise system.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that the manufacturing department consistently delivers the high-quality products and equipment that power the success of our home services franchise network. By supporting the Production Supervisor in managing daily operations, this position helps keep the manufacturing floor running smoothly, on time, and to standard, which directly supports franchisees in the field and strengthens overall brand performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations.
· Coordinate work priorities and ensure production goals are met.
· Support quality control and enforce safety standards.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
· Complete management administration tasks.
· Step in to manage floor operations when the Production Supervisor is unavailable.
· Communicate priorities clearly across the team.
· Drive accountability by guiding the team to consistently achieve productivity and quality KPIs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3+ years in manufacturing or production (leadership experience a plus).
· Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
· Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel, production tracking, email).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Mechanical engineering background or degree.
· Experience in vehicle outfitting or custom equipment assembly.
· Process improvement background.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must adhere to safety protocols and use PPE to prevent accidents and injuries
· Comfortable working in a workshop/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes
· Ability to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift
· Good vision for reading instructions, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality (color vision may sometimes be required)
· Hearing ability for understanding instructions and recognizing machinery sounds
· Must be comfortable in an environment that is noisy, dusty, and subject to temperature changes, while maintaining safety practices
