Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, and communication across teams. This position is based at our Miami operations hub and works closely with operations, warehouse, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating logistics and operations projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Communicate updates between departments and stakeholders
- Support scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination
- Identify and report project issues or delays
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer and reporting tools
