    At Art of Drawers, the Assistant Project Managers are the lifeblood of the company. They turn the frustrations and problems our clients have with their living spaces into a beautiful enjoyment of their homes.

    What You Get

    Pay Range: Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour

    Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment

    Flexible Schedule: Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays)

    Hybrid Remote: 90% in-home appointments and 10% work from home

    Responsibilities

    Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.

    Coordinate and communicate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.

    Provide a platinum level of service and grow your client base.

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills.

    Friendly, goal-oriented, and driven nature.

    Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.
