  • Responsibilities

    Neuroth Construction Inc. is hiring a highly organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager / Bid Coordinator to support both active construction projects and the company’s preconstruction/bid efforts. You’ll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly while coordinating bid invitations, tracking subcontractor responses, and assisting with compliance documentation. Responsibilities: Project Support: • Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation. • Coordinate procurement and track material deliveries. • Support scheduling updates, punch list management, and closeout documents. • Help manage invoicing and subcontractor compliance tracking (certified payroll, etc.). Bid Coordination: • Track bid opportunities and maintain a bid calendar. • Prepare and distribute Invitations to Bid (ITBs) to subcontractors and suppliers. • Organize bid documents, drawings, and specifications. • Collect and organize subcontractor proposals and help with bid tabulations. • Maintain subcontractor/vendor database and ensure DBE/Section 3 requirements are included where needed. Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of experience in construction project support or estimating. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Preferred: • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software. • Knowledge of public works bidding and compliance. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
