    Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

    Location: Santa Ana / Orange County, CA

    One of the nation’s most respected multifamily builders is expanding in Southern California and seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to support delivery on a high-density, ground-up residential development in Santa Ana.

    The Project

    • Market-rate multifamily development

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
    • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in executing project goals and schedules
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure material and labor alignment
    • Help manage budget tracking, schedule updates, and project reporting
    • Collaborate with the field team to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance targets
    • Maintain document control and ensure all project files are up to date and audit-ready

    What You Bring

    • 2–5+ years in construction project coordination or assistant-level project management
    • Experience in multifamily or large-scale residential construction preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
    • Eagerness to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced project environment
