Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and within budget
Assist in developing project scope, material selections, and overall job planning
Work closely with field supervisors to monitor job progress, quality, and safety Assist in scheduling project timelines from start to completion Problem-solve issues in real time, including site conditions, delays, or change orders Jump in where needed to support daily operations and keep projects on track
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations
Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills with clients, team members, and subcontractors
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to keep projects on track
Basic budgeting and cost-tracking experience
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing job conditions
Self-motivated and willing to wear multiple hats in a growing company
Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
