    We are seeking a results-driven team member to join our construction cleaning/final cleaning division. The ideal candidate will assist in operations, maintain profitability, manage resources, address staffing needs, ensure safety, and foster teamwork and a positive culture within the division. Responsibilities: • Responsible for submitting accurate and timely billing packages for projects at various locations. • Responsible for reconciling change order work for projects, including converting time and material tickets into timely & accurate change orders for our customers. Includes following up on outstanding change orders and billing the executed change orders. • Responsible for reviewing vendor and subcontractor invoices weekly for accuracy: pricing, scopes of work, and supplemental documentation. • Front-facing point person with our customers for conditional lien waivers, affidavits, benefit letters, close out documents, and miscellaneous items for both project setup and close out packages. • Support role for both the estimating team & project managers to create schedules of value for new projects, issue purchase orders to suppliers, and issue safety certifications and other misc. documents to customers • Prepare and submit progress billings each month. • Track and manage change orders. • Do monthly project billings • Provide proactive leadership to maintain the highest quality standards on every project. • Train to prepare and review budgets, evaluating historical production rates against actuals to guide project teams. • Prepare safety submittals and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Mentor, develop, and manage project teams. • Lead safety planning and efforts, adhering to the company’s safety culture, practices, and procedures. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. • Develop a thorough understanding of our industry and services within three months. • Set and manage goals and expectations, mentoring others to achieve them. • Take initiative and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; minimum of 1 year of construction or related experience is a plus. • Strong math and/or financial skills • Proven ability to provide a vision and path to achieve long-term goals. • Experience with Monday.com and Knowify a plus. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. • Track record of setting and managing goals and expectations. • Clean driving record. • Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed. Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
