Assistant Project Manager – Commissary
Position Summary The Assistant Project Manager oversees day and night stocking and janitorial operations to ensure contractual requirements, quality standards, and operational goals are met. This role supports daily execution, staff supervision, and quality control within the commissary.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day and night stockers and janitorial staff
Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees
Oversee stocking, inventory control, and shelf organization
Ensure removal of expired products and proper shelf presentation
Conduct daily aisle and quality inspections
Supervise janitorial services and perform quality checks in assigned areas
Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies
Prepare required reports and communicate issues to management
Ensure all work meets contract specifications
Reassign staff as needed to address operational demands
