We are seeking a high-impact Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations, drive leasing success, elevate the resident experience, and support the continued performance of a premier student housing community near the University of Minnesota.
This is more than a traditional assistant role. You’ll serve as the second-in-command onsite, partnering closely with the General Manager and stepping in as acting leader when needed. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance people leadership, financial discipline, leasing strategy, and customer experience.
