Job Description:
Tenant Advisory Associate is a fantastic opportunity for a new commercial real estate agent to learn the industry from the ground up. As an Associate you will be taught the basics of tenant representation through our training program but most importantly, you’ll spend considerable time growing you client network through cold calling and door stepping. You will learn the fundamentals of tenant representation and the habits of a winning agent which will benefit you for a lifetime in commercial real estate.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Great customer service skills.
Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
Job Duties:
Greeting our customers and guests. We want to put a smile on their face with great first impressions.
Managing our customer coffee bars and community areas.
Assisting our marketing coordinator with property marketing, events, and community boards.
Assisting property manager with clerical items such as invoice entry, lease filing, sorting mail, etc.
Receive and dispatch tenant work orders.
Follow up with completion of work orders with maintenance team and vendors.
Help coordinate onsite construction projects.
Assist with property budgeting.
Coordinate assignments with our property vendors.
Collections of rents and sending late notices to tenants.
Drafting new leases and renewals.
Routine property inspections to assure the property is in first class condition.
Receive and manage delivery packages.
Manage janitorial supplies and inventories.
Help make our tenants lives easier.
Compensation: Hourly compensation between $13-20/hr with ability to earn bonuses. Paid time off.
