    Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join one of our client’s team at (1) of their properties in St. Paul, MN (55123).The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience property management. This role is direct hire role.

    This role will be working with (1) community that was built in 1985, 252 Units and 3 stories.

    Salary: $22-$24/hour DOQ. This role is a direct hire role.

    Schedule: Weekly schedule: Monday-Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5.

    Responsibilities and Job Duties:

    • Prepares all resident files to include all preparatory paperwork.
    • Sets up appointments for lease signings and follows through with all appropriate paperwork.
    • Prepares all move-out material for property manager.
    • Prepares copies of all materials to be sent for government compliance.
    • Maintains compliance reporting information monthly.
    • Prepares completed move-in packets and maintains a supply of all pertinent materials.
    • Collects rent and make bank deposits.
    • Help to schedule and coordinate maintenance and turn-overs.
    • Works with Property Manager for move-ins and move-outs.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in property management.
    • Knowledge of government subsidy programs/Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
    • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
