Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and owner relations Do by weekly inspections of property common areas Field phone calls from tenants Create and either send electronically, mail or post notices to tenants Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Basic understanding of MS Office • Minimum of an associate's degree is preferred • Familiarity with affordable housing programs is preferred Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
