    We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager who’s eager to grow with us! In this role, you’ll focus on leasing, resident retention, and delivering outstanding customer service across a portfolio of scattered-site single-family rentals. Over the last eight years, HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh has increased from two partners and a vision to 30 full-time team members who have now bought and sold over 1,000 homes. In the last few years, we have shifted our focus to building out a rental portfolio and have grown it to over 200+ units. Responsibilities: • Leasing: Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry, property showings, application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination. • Renewals & Retention: Assist with lease renewals with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and long-term retention. • Administrative Support: Process utility payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with general office duties as needed. • Maintenance Coordination: Work with internal maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely, quality service. • Resident Relations: Provide responsive communication and solutions to maintain high resident satisfaction. Qualifications: We're looking for someone that wants to improve professionally and personally, be a valuable member of our team, and help change the game when it comes to property management. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
