The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations for our growing scattered site multifamily portfolio. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and relationship-driven, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks and communicate effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
On-Site Activity: Perform showings, Meet Vendors on site, Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance needs, and ensure properties meet our high standards.
Resident Experience Management/Relations/Customer Service
Security Deposit Management: Manage the security deposit process efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.
Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting.
Legal Matters/Evictions: Process legal matters, manage evictions when necessary, and represent the company in court hearings.
