Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Assistant Property Manager to join the team at our locally owned, minority owned Luxury Property Management company. The goal of this role would be for eventual promotion to a Property Manager as the company continues to grow and at healthy rapid pace. Upon hire, you would be working directly under the owner of the company as his assistant Property Manager for in depth training. This position will also serve as the back up for the Administrative Assistant while out sick and or for vacation. Every member of our company has passed through the front desk and we are all highly trained and expected to be able to cover every position (except accounting) if someone is out sick or on vacation and also, so that we can all provide superior in depth customer service which is what we are known for. Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer and screen inbound calls
Input Maintenance Requests
Advertise vacant properties
Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
Contract review
Tenant Application Review
Constant communication with Property Owners
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
and more as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration and/or 1 year of Property Management experience preferred but not required, we will train!
Hold an active and in good standing license with the DRE
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Higher attention to detail
Strong organizational and social skills
Computer proficiency
MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
