Assistant Regional Director – Survey (PLS Required)
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 remote)
Overview
We are seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to step into a leadership role as an Assistant Regional Director of Survey. This position will oversee survey staff, manage multiple projects, and play a key role in client relationships and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead survey staff across assigned projects and offices
- Oversee project execution, schedules, and quality control
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Review, sign, and seal plats, as-builts, and legal survey documents
- Prepare and review proposals and scope documentation
- Support billing oversight and project financial tracking
- Ensure adherence to survey standards, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with evolving surveying technologies and workflows
Qualifications
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (Georgia or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of licensed surveying experience
- Strong background in both field and office survey operations
- Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
- Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
