As our resort continues to grow, we’re seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Resort Manager to support daily operations and help ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

    Position Overview The Assistant Resort Manager works closely with resort leadership to oversee front‑office operations, guest services, administrative tasks, and coordination between departments. This role begins as a part‑time position at 32 hours per week, with a planned transition to full‑time later in the year based on seasonal needs and performance. Because this is a hospitality position, the candidate must be willing to work some weekends and holidays.

    Key Responsibilities • Support the Resort Manager with daily operational oversight • Assist with supervising front‑desk staff and ensuring smooth guest interactions • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests • Help manage reservations, scheduling, and resort communication systems • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activity teams • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and workflow organization • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates • Help oversee check‑in/check‑out processes and guest satisfaction • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment • Uphold resort policies and ensure high service standards

    Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or hospitality coursework preferred) • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or management support roles • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with computers, email, and office software • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment • Professional, friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent guest service • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

    Schedule & Compensation • 32‑hour part‑time schedule, transitioning to full‑time later in the year • Competitive pay based on experience
