    Job Summary

    We are seeking a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Manager partners with the Restaurant Manager to ensure operational excellence, team leadership, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership capability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operations Management

    Support daily front- and back-of-house operations

    Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures

    Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards

    Oversee opening and closing procedures

    Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control

    Team Leadership & Development

    Supervise and coach team members during shifts

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees

    Promote a positive, performance-driven culture

    Enforce policies and maintain accountability standards

    Provide real-time feedback to improve service and productivity

    Guest Experience

    Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

    Ensure service standards are consistently met

    Lead by example in hospitality and service execution

    Financial & Administrative Oversight

    Assist in managing labor costs and scheduling

    Support achievement of sales and profitability goals

    Maintain accurate cash handling and reporting procedures

    Monitor KPIs including labor %, food cost %, and guest satisfaction metrics

    Qualifications

    1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar)

    Must be available For Morning & Night shifts and to work weekends and be able to work until 2AM

    Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume settings

    Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools

    Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

    Food Handler or Manager Certification (preferred)
