This position will start part-time, with administrative and sales tasks as well as on the job training to learn how to estimate residential painting jobs. As you learn and grow, generate new leads, and help increase our amount of business, the position will become full time after the first three months. There will be opportunities for bonuses and commissions - you can earn as much as you are motivated to!

Duties

• Residential estimates and sales with good earning potential
• Pre position fielding incoming sales calls and scheduling
• Maintaining calendars for leads
• Data entry, and document preparation.
• Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks to enhance office efficiency.
• Cold calling potential clients and leads
• Other office and marketing responsibilities to build a solid pipeline
• This position requires work in-person at our office.

Experience

• Previous customer service experience a must
• Previous sales experience is ideal but not necessary
• Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Social Media
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clientele
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy work environment.
