    Assistant Sales Manager Compensation: Annual earnings in the $55,000–$65,000 range.

    Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Memory Gardens of Farmington in Farmington, New Mexico. This individual will play a key role in helping families make important pre-need and at-need arrangements while supporting our sales team through appointment scheduling, family consultation, and preneed sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective and existing families.

    Assist families with cemetery and memorial property selections, including preneed planning and at-need arrangements.

    Educate families on products, services, and financing options in a professional and compassionate manner.

    Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activity and customer interactions.

    Participate in community and marketing events to promote services.

    Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including OSHA health and safety practices.

    Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for families.

    Qualifications:

    Prior sales experience is preferred, ideally in cemetery, funeral, insurance, or related industries.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Compassionate and professional approach to serving families during sensitive times.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems is a plus.

    Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet family needs.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Annual earning potential: $55,000–$65,000.

    Ability to earn commissions
