Responsibilities: • Pipeline Analyst: Conduct regular reviews of agent performance to identify opportunities and develop plans for improvement. • Data Manager: Maintain the accuracy and currency of our CRM database to ensure effective tracking and reporting. • Conversion Specialist: Monitor lead conversion rates and work alongside agents to address challenges and optimize outcomes. • Call Evaluator: Provide constructive feedback to help agents enhance their sales techniques and improve customer engagement. • Team Advocate: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Qualifications: • A real estate license (mandatory) • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven sales experience, ideally in a brokerage or real estate setting • Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills • A knack for motivating a diverse team of agents Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 mixture of base and a quarterly performance related bonus
